1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

The consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which, for the most part, cannot be attributed to either his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

SOFORT Überweisung

Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order process is completed in our online store. There, you can choose the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon and confirm the payment order to Amazon. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. After placing the order, we ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer as a result.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for the contract are German and English.

We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

You basically have the option of picking up at M. Ulmer-Sonnenhalde 7, 75387 Neubulach, Germany at the following business hours: Monday-Friday from 8am to 17am except on public holidays. SOFORT Überweisung
Once the order has been placed, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT wire transfer, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedures unlocked to participate in SOFORT, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order process is completed in our online store. There, you can choose the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm Amazon’s use of your data and the payment order to us. Purchase on invoice via Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the purchase of invoices as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
When you buy on account with Klarna, you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days.

6. Transport damage

For consumers:
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. For entrepreneurs:
The risk of accidental destruction and accidental deterioration will pass to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the carrier, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment.
